What is the late policy?

  • Try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time. You may help yourself to complimentary refreshments while in the lobby.

  • If you are late to your appointment your services may be modified or shortened. (Ex. No massage)

  • If you are MORE than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will automatically be charged 50% of your booking.

  • If you No call/No show your appointment or reach out past the 15 minute deadline you will automatically be charged 100% of your booking.

  • Please schedule all of the services you may want. It is better to over schedule than under schedule!

So no acrylic?

  • Nope, Opal nail Lab only uses Gel and regular nail polish. This means we have minimal odor inside the salon.

  • This also means I will not soak off any acrylic or dip enhancements in order to keep it out of the salon.

How do I book an appointment?

What is the cancelation policy?

  • Please Provide 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your apointment

  • If you cancel or reschedule past the 24 hour mark you will automatically be charged 50% of your booking.

What brands do you use?

  • Opal Nail Lab uses Kokoist, Bioseaweedgel, and Apres during its services.

  • All brands are respected professional brands and are labeled 7 Free.

What does 7 free mean?

  • 7-free is a wonderful thing! It means that made without seven toxic chemicals commonly found in most nail polishes: Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Camphor, TPHP and Xylene.

How long will my mani/pedi last? and what if it chips?

  • A gel manicure should last roughly 14 days and a regular polish manicure should last roughly 7-10 days

  • if your service chips within 48 hours of your appointment you will receive a complimentary repair.

Anything else I should know?

  • Non-toxic lacquer takes a bit longer to dry. While it may feel dry to the touch, it may take a full 12-24 hours to harden and set.

  • I have obtained various brand certificates to ensure I am up to date on all the newest procedures in the nail industry.

What are your sanitation procedures?

  • All tools are disinfected and sterilized in between each client .

  • Surfaces are wiped with an EPA registered disinfectant between each client.

  • Hands are washed between every client.

What are your hours?

  • Sun/Wed: CLOSED
    Mon-Tues: 9 AM – 5 PM
    Thurs-Sat: 9 AM – 7 PM

  • We take our last client 1.5 hours before closing
